It’s 31 days to to walk/run/bike/swim/skate your way to a healthier you!
Created by one of our LoveLights Torie Miles, this month-long event is a super easy and fun way to get off the couch and get moving, or to take your exercise game to the next level. All you need is a way to track your miles and you’re ready to get started.
Throughout the month we’ll be posting encouragement, sharing fitness tips, and offering contests to win cool Loving on Me empowerment gear.
So come on…let’s get moving!
Here’s how to get started:
Step 1: Sign-Up

Register to let us know you’re a part of the challenge, and to receive our weekly newsletter. Each week we’ll share ideas and inspiration to help you lead in every aspect of your life – including your health and wellness. Join our tribe of empowered women who make balanced and purposeful living a way of being.
Step 2: Get Moving

Grab a friend and get to stepping! You can start and complete the challenge at any time – the pace is up to you. Just keep moving!
To help you tally your monthly miles with ease, be sure to download our free tracker. Our simple to use Excel form automatically adds up your miles for the month as you enter your distance each day. If you don’t have Excel, simply download the form as a PDF, print it out, and put it up on the fridge. Either way – it’s a great way to see how far you’ve come and to stay motivated to reach your goal.
NOTE — If you haven’t exercised in a while, be sure to check with your healthcare provider before getting started. We want you to stay healthy and fit, in the way that best suits you.
Step 3: Share the Journey

Join us on social to share inspiration and encouragement with participants from around the world. Simply post your favorite pictures of you in action, with an update on how many miles you’ve racked up on the challenge. It’s a fun way for all of us to stay motivated and engaged the whole month long.
Participants who post in our Facebook event or tag us on social @iamlovingonme will be entered to win one of our weekly Loving on Me empowerment prize packs. Be sure to use the hashtag #100MileChallenge so we can easily find you.
