She gained over six years of experience working directly with individuals of all ages, families, and groups in and outside of the mental health field. She\u2019s provided psycho-education and counseling on various topics to educate and empower individuals and groups. She is the proud owner of Ahava Counseling & Mediation Practice based in Houston, Texas where she provides ongoing counseling and mediation services. Just as Gandhi states, the best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others. She has forfeited her will and answered to her calling. In her free time, she enjoys laughing, learning, and traveling. She loves to love and is a strong advocate for self-care.
