This year\u2019s theme,\u00a0<a title=\"Women's History Month\" href=\"http:\/\/www.nwhp.org\/whm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b><i>Celebrating Women of Character, Courage and Commitment<\/i><\/b><\/a>, really resonated with our spirit. In fact, it so moved us that we decided to create our own list of dynamic women who dared!<\/p>\n<p>We call them our Power 31 \u2013 women who have defied the status quo and in doing so set new standards for us all. They\u2019re an eclectic group hailing from around the world and involved in all walks of life \u2013 actors, authors, entrepreneurs, world leaders and advocates. They collectively send a powerful message that the joy of life is not in being alive, but in truly living.<\/p>\n<p>Our hope is that these women\u2019s stories will inspire you to do the same. To shake off the conventional, be willing to step outside your comfort zone, and boldly proclaim:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><b>I Dare to Be Me<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/lovingonme.com\/2017\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/IDareToBeME-yy.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lovingonme.com\/2017\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/IDareToBeME-yy-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"IDareToBeME-yy\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Each day we\u2019ll be profiling a woman who\u2019s done just that. Like the rest of us, she\u2019s not perfect. Some of them you\u2019ll look at and scratch your head wondering, what were they thinking when they chose her?<\/p>\n<p>But we challenge you to look beyond her stumbles, to see her as a woman like you \u2013 full of dreams, determination and possibility. She was courageous enough to follow her heart. We think after learning more about her, you\u2019ll be inspired enough to do the same.<\/p>\n<p>We believe it\u2019s going to be a life-changing month. For when you look back on what women have already overcome, how can we not be hopeful about our future?<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve designed the tools below so that you can get in the spirit and help spread the word. \u00a0Look for new blogs and FB posts every day, as we celebrate \u201cher-story\u201d and get excited about the future of our own story.<\/p>\n<p>Please don\u2019t forget to drop us a line telling us whose story inspires you the most.
