Welcome to Katrina 2.0! It’s the dawn of a new day and I am off an exciting adventure to inspire women to abundant living.
For the past two decades I have been committed to working with organizations that support women’s health, leadership and empowerment. Having served at the American Heart Association and Susan G. Komen for the Cure I have witnessed firsthand the extraordinary things we can accomplish when we band together in passionate purpose. I am continuing to work with people and organizations like these who are doing great things in our world.
But recently, a new passion has been birthed in my spirit…A desire to inspire women to be the “me” you always wanted to be, but was afraid to be – until now. It’s time that we embrace ourselves fully and know that we’re enough. To love ourselves as much as we love others and trust our own inner well of wisdom to guide us on our life’s journey.
That’s why I’ve launched a blog, Loving on Me! It’s a message from my heart to yours encouraging you to get off the hamster wheel and get on the path. To where, you ask? Well, that’s up to you. After all, we are intelligent intuitive beings that have a mind of our own. In your heart, you know where you want to go. You’ve just been hesitant to take the first step.
Let’s start a revolution among women where we move forward in spite of our fears and become a positive force for good – in our own lives and in the lives of others.
It’s going to be a blast! Will you join me?
